I will contact you to confirm receipt of your order, and if necessary to discuss any requirements. I aim to complete all portraits within a month of receipt, but will endeavour to meet any specified timescale if I can.
Your portrait will be posted to you, together with an invoice. I hope you will be delighted with the finished result, but if you are not fully satisfied, please return the picture to me with no obligation to buy. |
